Marazu

Avila-native songwriter Jorge Marazu returned in November of 2020 after a years-long impasse with his album ‘La Gran Belleza’ and a new name: Marazu, plain and simple. A cover was made of ‘Miedo’, one of his major songs from previous work, in a first-rate collaboration with Vanesa Martin. On his new album, Marazu went for original productions on songs such as ‘Instinto’, ‘Estuve a punto de salvarlo’, and ‘Años’, the fantastic early releases that concluded with the late 2021 release of another banger: ‘Abrázame’ in collaboration with Mikel Izal. In early 2022, Marazu went on to tackle another personal challenge and push the boundaries of his career with the decision to kick off an intimate club tour, performing as a solo act in close contact with his audiences. The tour is taking him all over the country as he prepares a new record project.
